Could it really be true, an all you can eat Sushi Restaurant in London?!!!

Yep... It's true! £14.99 per person, all you can eat in 1.5 hours. That's our second massive plate... check out all that Salmon sashimi! There are a couple conditions..

• Buffet for eat in only, no take away.
• Maximum amount of time to enjoy buffet menu is limited to 1.5 hours
• We reserve the right to charge £5 per person for any food wastage.

I only read the last point just when the second plate was served... It was hard work... but we got there in the end.

So I'm booked into a Masterclass at the Australian Centre for Photography with Alexia Sinclair. Notice the dates, that's the week I fly back into Sydney. No rest for the wicked.

Alexia's captivating multilayered art presents contemporary notions of fashion and beauty through an innovative use of digital media. Alexia's years of experience in both fine art photography and digital retouching have seen the development of some ingenious techniques now employed in the production of her elaborate digital images.

During this weekend master class students will have the opportunity to gain rare insight into some of the processes used by Alexia in her art works. A range of topics will be covered from pre-visualisation, through to planning, matching colour, light source and image capture. After a demonstration in Adobe Photoshop students will then complete a series of practical exercises using these digital techniques to blend and stitch several elements together creating a finished composition.

So I'm one of the masses who have joined the crusade to capture the elusive best job in the world title.

So far I've probably put in over a hundred hours of work across developing the blog, writing posts, creating video blogs, editing, filming, photography, stills post production, scouting and general evangelism.

Just a quick note rant on New Year Resolutions.

My opinion on the matter is, if you have to wait until one day of the year to make a decision that is going to better your life, then... you're probably not going follow through with it.

Every day is the first day of a new year, so if you plan on starting something, start now. I nearly vomited myself when that popped into my head... but it's true.

An epic three day blitz of Paris was just what was required to clear the mind of the London blues.
